ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident of the United States of America who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes begins at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 20, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There will be drawings from among all eligible entries received during each Entry Period (the "Drawing(s)") for the fourteen (14) weeks of the Sweepstakes Period. There will be one (1) Grand Prize drawing performed on or about October 3, 2018 (the "Grand Prize Drawing") to award one (1) Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. There will be a total of (10) Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize awarded throughout the Sweepstakes Period. (See “Prizes” section for details.)

You may enter the Weekly Drawing(s) and Grand Prize Drawing Sweepstakes by visiting the website www.MakingRVingMemories.com and follow the links to the Sweepstakes entry form
www.MakingRVingMemories.com/sweeps/18280#enternow (the "Sweepstakes entry form”), (b) correctly and accurately complete all required information on the online registration form, and (c) click on the "Enter" button.

Entries must be received by the end time and date (detailed below) of each respective Entry Period in order to be eligible for that Bi-Weekly Drawing. Entries from one Bi-Weekly Entry Period will not carry over to subsequent Bi-Weekly Entry Periods. The Sponsor’s database clock is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

There is a limit of one (1) entry into the Bi-Weekly Drawing during the Bi-Weekly Entry Periods and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per person/email address, per day, during the Sweepstakes Period. If multiple entries are received during the same day, only the first Website entry will be accepted and additional entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

PRIVACY:  By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants acknowledge that they are aware of and agree with the Sponsor's privacy policy located at: www.MakingRVingMemories.com/privacy/18211. A Sweepstakes entry is “received” when the Website’s servers record the entry information. Proof of sending (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming entry, a “thanks for entering” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor's use of your name, likeness, entry, and state of residence for Sweepstakes purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

ELIGIBILITY: Go RVing: MAKING MEMORIES Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the U.S., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June 20, 2018. Outdoor Sportsman Group (“Sponsor”), KSE Sportsman Media, Inc. ("Administrator"), Go RVing, Inc. [and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and members of the immediate family (the "Sweepstakes Entities") and persons living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Winners will be selected in Drawings conducted by Administrator on or about two (2) business days after each Entry Period ends, from among all eligible entries received during that applicable Entry Period. The number of Prizes will be awarded according to the “Prizes” set forth below. Administrator will notify potential winner(s) through the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of registration on the  Website. Potential Winner(s) will be required to respond to that email and/or phone call with their complete mailing address and date of birth within 72 hours of email and/or phone notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winner(s) may be required to fill out an affidavit and/or Release, further information as needed to fulfill their prize, or the Sweepstakes Entities may simply mail the Prize Winner(s) their respective prize(s) to the address provided upon entry. Entries will not be carried over into subsequent Drawings, if any. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner selected in the Grand Prize Drawing conducted by Administrator from among all eligible Grand Prize entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes, will conduct the Grand Prize Drawing on or about October 3, 2018. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email on or about October 8, 2018.

As a condition of winning any prize herein, all Prize Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return, within five (5) calendar days of notification attempt (or less if a time is specified by Sponsor during notification or on the Release) an Affidavit of Acceptance, Eligibility, Publicity (where legal) and Liability Release ("Release"), and a W-9 form for tax purposes. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (if any). The Grand Prize Winner of prize(s) valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prizes at the end of the year.  Winners represent and warrant to Sweepstakes Entities that they have full legal right, power, and authority to grant all licenses described in these Rules, and, if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any subjects depicted in, and/or individuals who contributed to, the Entry and content submitted in order to grant such license.

The Grand Prize Winner further hereby agrees to share with the Sweepstakes Entities, at least 10 photographs taken by the winner on the “Making Memories” Trip (described further below), and hereby grants Sweepstakes Entities the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, unencumbered, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, and universe-wide right, but not the obligation, to reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, compile, archive, syndicate and otherwise use and exploit the photos, as well as any and all derivatives thereof, in any and all languages, and in any and all manners, mediums, and forms now known or hereinafter devised.

Notwithstanding any contrary provision in any of Sweepstakes Entities’ respective privacy policies, Participants grant to Sweepstakes Entities, and Sweepstakes Entities reserve, the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information and content submitted by Participant in connection with the Sweepstakes, as follows:

Marketing – Participants agree Sweepstakes Entities may use Participant information for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.  By submitting your contact information, you agree to allow the Sweepstakes Entities to send you promotional materials and/or offers.

By entering, all entrants and winners hereby consent to the use by the Sweepstakes Entities of their entry and all information contained therein, including but not limited to, name, likeness, image, statements and/or other indicia of persona, and personally identifiable information (collectively "Likeness"), for any and all uses and purposes in any media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world (including the World Wide Web) in perpetuity without additional consideration (where legal), consent or prior review, and upon request will provide written consent to such use. Noncompliance, failure to return any documents within the time specified, failure to respond to notification attempts or returns of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Warranty – Participants represent and warrants to Sweepstakes Entities that s/he has full legal right, power, and authority to grant the foregoing licenses, and, if applicable, has secured all necessary rights from any subjects depicted in, and/or individuals who contributed to, the Entry and content submitted in order to grant such license.

PRIZES: During the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected to win a prize, for a total of ten (10) prizes during the Sweepstakes Period, as follows:

Entry Periods #1 - 10: One (1) Prize per Entry Period: One (1) Cabela's gift card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is one hundred dollars: $100.

Grand Prize Entry Period: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) “Making Memories” Trip including (1) RV rental for 1 week (7 Days) selected by Outdoor Sportsman Group and GORVing value not to exceed $2,000; (1) Gas Gift Card value not to exceed $300; (1) AAA Membership value no to exceed $100; (1) Gift Card to purchase comfort items value not to exceed $1,400;  (1) Shutterfly photo album value not to exceed $100. Total approximate retail value of grand prize is $3900.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes given away in this sweepstakes is Four Thousand nine hundred ($4,900). Odds of winning Prizes depends on total number of eligible entries in the Prize Drawings received during the applicable Entry Periods. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person/email address, per Entry Period. However, a winner of a ($100) Prize is still eligible to win the Grand Prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. In no event will Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than the herein stated number of prizes. Actual value of any prize may vary depending on fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the items shown on the prizes page and/or those listed in these Official Rules at its sole discretion. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of Prize Winners. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are prize winners’ responsibility. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Promotion Entities disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any prize accepted by the winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.  All prize details are in Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL: Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, exercisable upon their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to have (1) violated these Official Rules; (2) interfered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (3) altered or attempted to alter the random outcome of the Sweepstakes; (4) violated any law or regulation by participating in the Sweepstakes; or (5) fraudulently completed the Entry or provided other false or infringing information to Sweepstakes Entities.

Sweepstakes Entities are under no obligation to use or return any Entry or submitted content.

Participant FULLY RELEASES THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, AND WAIVE ALL SUCH LIABILITY, CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY RELATED PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.  PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY PRIZE AWARDED IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, AND THAT ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

All taxes, fees, assessments, title and registration fees, insurance, and like charges, associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The value of the prize is based upon good faith estimates by Sweepstakes Entities as of the date the Sweepstakes was commenced.  The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for changes in market conditions that may impact the value of a prize.  There is no guaranty that the IRS, or its counterpart in any state’s jurisdiction, will accept the estimated value of any prize for purposes of determining any tax that may be due by the winner.

Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site; or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. You agree that in your participation in the Sweepstakes you will not use obscene, libelous or slanderous language, or language that infringes upon a third party’s trademark, trade name or other
intellectual property right or right of privacy. You further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes or to prevent others’ participation in the Sweepstakes

DISPUTES AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: The Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, the entire relationship between participants and the Sweepstake Providers, and any legal proceeding relating to or arising therefrom, whether based on contract, tort, law, or equity, shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  Venue for any legal action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be in Denver, Colorado, and shall not be subject to transfer to another venue or locale.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. As permitted by law, and in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy  Policy, Sponsor and/or partners (where applicable) may use information, which all entrants provide about themselves, to send them announcements about the Sponsor's products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail if so opted in. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of permission to the Sponsor or its agents to include winners' names on the Sweepstakes Site and on www.MakingRVingMemories.com and in connection with a Winners List without further notice or without additional compensation. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL NOT BE DEEMED A WAIVER OF SUCH.

EXTENSION OF SWEEPSTAKES:  At Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion and option, the dates for the drawings may be extended by no more than thirty days.

AMENDMENT OF RULES: If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes has been compromised, Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, exercisable at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Official Rules may be amended by Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion.  Amendments will be posted on the Website.  Unless otherwise specified, any amendments will become effective at 12:00:01 a.m. MT on the day after they are posted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Sweepstakes and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright protected. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
